A new stage of the Center's development: the first meeting of the Board of Trustees took place

An important event in the life of the Center — recently, the founding meeting of the newly created Board of Trustees took place within the walls of our institution. This meeting became the starting point for a new format of interaction based on the principles of openness, transparency, and shared responsibility for the comfort of our patients.
Organizational decisions and election of leadership
The key part of the agenda was the official approval of the council's composition and the formation of its core leadership. During a constructive dialogue and voting, the head of the Board of Trustees, the deputy head, and the secretary were elected.
The formation of a clear management structure will allow the council to work effectively, quickly respond to challenges, and ensure a systematic approach to solving the set tasks.
Strategic directions of work
The first meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, which contributed to a productive discussion. The meeting participants not only got to know each other but also immediately moved on to outlining strategic goals.
A number of topical issues were discussed, including:
- Determining the priority needs of the institution for the near future.
- Finding ways to attract additional resources for the modernization of the material and technical base.
- Improving the conditions of stay for children and their families in the Center.
Strength in unity
The creation of the Board of Trustees is evidence that our institution is open to changes and cooperation. We sincerely thank all members of the council for their active civic position, caring attitude, and readiness to invest their time and efforts in the development of medical rehabilitation and palliative care in the region.
We are convinced: by combining the efforts of the administration, medical personnel, and the public, we can achieve significant results. There is a lot of work ahead, but the motto of our cooperation remains unchanged: «Together — we do more!»
