A walk in the Hydropark

Autumn is not only the time of yellow leaves, but also a wonderful time for new discoveries, observations, and unity with nature. Today our wards went on an exciting trip to the city's Hydropark — a place where nature now reveals itself in all its beauty, giving peace and inspiration.

Outdoor lessons in living nature

The main goal of our walk was not just to breathe fresh air, but also to introduce children to the richness of the flora and fauna of their native land. The Hydropark welcomed the little ones with silence and bright colors.

The children watched with interest the changes taking place in nature: they examined the multi-colored autumn leaves, from golden-yellow to crimson, and learned to distinguish trees by their crowns. Collecting natural materials caused special delight — cones, acorns, and beautiful leaves, which will later become a great basis for creative crafts in class.

Active leisure and development

Of course, what is a walk without fun games? On the wide glades of the park, children were able to run plenty. Playing with a ball not only gave joyful emotions but also contributed to physical development, training coordination, and team spirit. Active games in the fresh air are the best way to strengthen immunity before the winter season.

An unforgettable meeting with a squirrel

The highlight of our trip was an unexpected but desired meeting with the local inhabitants of the park. The little ones watched with delight the birds preparing for winter, but the nimble squirrel attracted the most attention.

The children were lucky to see a real lesson in kindness: one of the park visitors treated the fluffy beauty with delicacies. This was an excellent occasion to talk with children about care, love for animals, and the importance of feeding forest dwellers in the cold season.

Summary of the day

We returned to the institution tired but extremely happy. This trip gave the children:

  • New knowledge about the world around.
  • Development of attention and observation.
  • Aesthetic pleasure from autumn landscapes.
  • Sincere joy from communicating with peers and nature.

We are sure that such excursions are an important component of a child's harmonious development, because nature is the best teacher, which teaches us to see the beautiful in simple things.
