"Art Without Limits" Inclusion & Creativity Festival: Registration Now Open!

The Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "Center for Medical Rehabilitation and Palliative Care for Children" of Zhytomyr Regional Council, in partnership with the Department of Health and the Department of Culture and Tourism, announces the upcoming "Art Without Limits" Festival of Inclusion and Creativity. The event will take place in November 2026 in Zhytomyr, blending artistic expression, adaptive sports, and specialized rehabilitation practices.
Who Is Invited?
Admission to all festival events is completely free! We warmly welcome children undergoing rehabilitation, their parents and guardians, fellow rehabilitation professionals, non-governmental and charitable organizations, volunteers, sponsors, and the entire community.
Festival Program and Inclusive Interactive Stations
- Art Therapy & Creative Workshops: clay modeling and pottery, sand animation, intuitive painting.
- Adaptive Sports & Sensory Zones: Paralympic boccia, sensory obstacle courses, and inclusive mobility games designed without barriers.
- Stage of Joy: interactive concert, children's musical performances, giant bubble show, and professional animators.
- Sweet Fair: delicious treats, festive photo zones, and memorable gifts for every participating child.
Registration and Participation Guidelines
To ensure a safe, barrier-free, and comfortable environment for every child and family, advance registration is required. Applications are accepted until October 30, 2026. The exact date, time, and event location will be communicated individually to each registered participant via phone call or direct message from the organizing committee.
