Launch of a series of legal educational online webinars for IDPs

Starting June 18, 2026, a series of legal educational online events will begin, aimed at raising awareness among internally displaced persons (IDPs) and people returning to Ukraine.
The initiative is implemented by the NGO «Vidrodzhennia Ukrainy 2022» together with the Ombudsman's Office with the support of the Council of Europe project «Facilitating access to human rights and basic services for internally displaced persons and returnees to Ukraine».
What are the webinars about?
IDPs and citizens returning to Ukraine often face difficulties in processing documents, payments, or restoring their rights. The meetings will cover the following key topics:
- Processing and restoring pension payments;
- Submitting applications to the Register of Damage;
- Receiving social assistance for IDPs;
- Restoring lost documents;
- Current employment programs.
Your questions will be answered directly by representatives of the Ombudsman's Office and relevant state bodies and ministries.

Meetings will be held every two weeks on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:30 (from June 18 to October 22, 2026).
