Holodomor Victims Remembrance Day

Dear patients, colleagues, and visitors!
On the fourth Saturday of November, Ukraine and the whole world freeze in a minute of silence. We honor the memory of millions of innocent victims of the Holodomors — a terrible tragedy that was the result of an artificial famine aimed at destroying our nation.
For us, medical workers, this date has a special, painful meaning. Our daily mission is to fight for life, heal, and save. Therefore, realizing the scale of the catastrophe, when life itself was devalued, and entire generations were doomed to physical destruction, resonates in our hearts with deep sorrow.
We remember this crime not just as a historical fact, but as a reminder: human life is the highest value, which we must protect above all. Today, this memory gives us the strength to stand side by side, overcome the challenges of the present, and perform our professional and civic duty even more dedicatedly.
The team of our medical institution urges each of you to join the national action «Light a Candle».
At 16:00 let a living light warm every window. This is our sign that we remember. This is the light of hope that overcomes any darkness.
Eternal memory to the fallen. Strength and health to the living.
